Phil Glasgow: Leadership Insight

Last Thursday at the Belfast Regional Hub we were thinking about Leadership and what that meant to us as followers of Jesus. The video below is a very short snippet from Phil Glasgow, where he draws on his experience of working with elite athletes and describes ‘leadership as a craft’ and how great leaders are attentive to what is really going, but as followers of Jesus we can be attentive to how God is leading in our work contexts and not just rely on our natural instincts.

Phil spoke about how we need to make space to listen to God and seek to act on his guidance in the situations where we are placed. This a challenge and an opportunity we want to encourage our network to rise to this week and beyond!
