Great morning with Genesis Lisburn!

It was a brilliant morning last Friday at the T3 Conference Centre in Lisburn.  The T3 Centre provided a beautiful setting for the Genesis Lisburn Hub meeting enabling us to welcome those joining via Zoom by having them on TV Screens around the room.  This was our first truly hybrid event, so while we love to meet in person we also want those who are connecting via Zoom to feel welcomed and included.  Keep an eye on upcoming events and do join us as you are able—in person or via Zoom.

Following some great breakfast treats, we were welcomed by Lisa Keys who reminded us about the Lisburn WhatsApp group—a helpful link connected to regional news & updates, such as the upcoming social at the Costa beside Lisburn cinema on Wednesday 15th at 10am - everyone is welcome.  For more information follow the link below.

We were also encouraged and challenged as Andrew Robinson shared what it means to be a true worshipper.  Drawing from John 4:23, Andrew highlighted that “true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.”  May God continue to lead us into the fullness of what this looks like each day.

Our time together on Friday concluded with a  time of prayer of thanksgiving and commissioning of the T3 Centre.  The mission and vision of the T3 Centre is rooted in and motivated by generosity, and so it was a privilege to give thanks to God for his provision now and for what can be possible through the Centre.
