Leadership Insight: Rick Hill

“See it, Say it, Show it”

We were privileged to be joined by Rick Hill last week at the launch of Genesis:Belfast where he provided us with the Leadership Insight*. Rick works for the Presbyterian Church in Ireland, majoring on delivering training and developing resources in the areas of discipleship and leadership, he’s a great communicator and has a real heart for encouraging marketplace leaders to realise they are “in the front line of ministry”.

In the ten minute video below Rick begins by encouraging our network to realise they are leaders and then unpacking his ‘see it, say it, show it’ model.

This is a really practical talk that you will be able to apply to any contexts that you have leadership in.
