The Genesis Network desires to see marketplace transformation - and for us that will happen when followers of Jesus begin to realise that being an apprentice to Jesus requires dedicating our whole lives to God, which includes our work in the marketplace.

We believe that as we are shaped in becoming more like Jesus, and empowered by the Holy Spirit, this personal transformation will lead to marketplace transformation - as transformed people go out into the various marketplaces of life! Our personal transformation impacts our professional contexts - how we interact with colleagues and suppliers, how we ‘do business’ and how we share the reason for the hope that we have.

That vision of marketplace transformation and whole-life discipleship comes to life in the Genesis Network under three key themes: Explore, Equip & Engage.

Let’s look at the first of these, Explore. Explore is about seeking to make Jesus Christ known to marketplace leaders across our land.

As a Network we seek to facilitate Explore in through events and resources. But the main way this is realised in through you - and each of us in the Network - as we make Jesus known to those we work with and encounter in our everyday.
